Metal buildings that are meant for onsite assembly can of course have significantly higher interiors. For metal garage buildings that have a lot of space free, one in kit form that you would have to assemble is the better option. Metal garage buildings can occupy quite a small space, just as long as it will fit your car. If you want a lot more space, the larger structure would require interior columns at regular intervals to support the ceiling. Metal garage buildings designed this way are often called "modular" steel buildings although the term only refers to the separate pieces between columns.
